To allow legal services to review and sign the
Joining Access agreement to the ProcurePublic Framework which is to
be used as a route to market for existing and future contracts let
by the Council (in accordance with GBC/WBC CPRs 16 (a) (b)
(c).

Reasons for the decision

A procurement exercise has been conducted
under the ProcurePublic Framework in relation to the Stock
Condition Survey contract.
As part of the Framework Access Agreement process, a Joining
Agreement needs to be signed on conclusion of each procurement
exercise, prior to award of the contract.
