Grant a Deed of Easement for access over the
council’s land for the purposes of access to and egress from
the Garage provided that the Garage may only be used for ancillary
purposes to the use of the existing private single dwelling on the
Grantee’s Land. This new Access to serve as a Secondary
Access only and the Original Access to remain in use as the primary
access to the property.
