The Joint Executive Committee resolved:
 

·        
To implement an internal carbon price trial based on the principles
of the HM Treasury’s Green Book.
 

·        
Require that during the trial the internal carbon price be built
into all applicable business cases and included in the Climate
Implications on Executive and Council papers, to understand how and
which decisions may differ when the cost of carbon is
considered.
