RESOLVED that:
 

The introduction of
an extended Planning Enforcement Service covering evenings,
weekends and Bank Holidays should not be pursued. Should future
evidence be presented that identifies a potential need for an
extended service that the matter is reviewed by the Executive to
respond to that potential need.
The Assistant
Director of Planning review and update the Enforcement web page and
instigate further communications with residents to explain how to
report allege breaches of planning and explains powers available to
remove harmful breaches.
