To consider an objection to the making of a
Tree Preservation Order (TPO)) No. 13/25) and to determine whether
the Order should be confirmed with or without modification.
 
One letter of objection to the making of a TPO
has been received during the agreed consultation period and
therefore, in accordance with the Council’s Constitution, the
decision is referred to the Planning Committee.    
 
RESOLVED that
 
Tree Preservation Order No. 13/25 applying to
woodland west of Gardeners Hill Road, Lower Bourne, Farnham, be
confirmed without modification.
