The Executive granted a new 10-year lease for
each of the office units at nos. 2, 12 and 20 of The Enterprise
Centre, Coxbridge Park, Alton Road,
Farnham in accordance with the Heads of Terms as outlined in
Appendix 1-3 (Exempt).
 
Delegated to the Assistant Director of Assets
and Property the power to make any further amendments required to
the transaction.
