The Executive

·        
Noted that four of the submitted Strategic CIL bids were invalid
for the reasons set out in the Table at paragraph 6.17 of this
report.

·        
Approved the allocation of Strategic CIL for each of the projects
set out in the Table at paragraph 6.22 of this report (inclusive of
the caveats and amounts set out in such table).

·        
Authority be delegated to the Joint Assistant Director –
Planning Development, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Finance, Assets and Property, to undertake and complete any final
relevant checks, and to negotiate and complete a funding agreement
for each approved project.

·        
Declined Strategic CIL funding for the bids submitted for the
projects set out in the Table at paragraph 6.29 of this report.

·        
Approved amendments to two projects approved in the 2024/2025
Strategic CIL Bidding Cycle, as set out in the Table at paragraph
6.30 of this report.
 
Recommended that Council resolves to approve
the allocation of Strategic CIL funding for the project (and
amount) as set out in the table at paragraph 6.23 of this
report.
