Reasons for the decision

The objective of this procurement is to replace the felt (Bituminous) roof covering to the building to stop water ingress in accordance with maintenance terms of the lease. The required repair works also includes upgrading of the roof insulation as required by Building Control legislation.
Open Procedure in accordance with Part 3, Section 20 of the Procurement Act 2023.
