Decision

To approve a contract extension for the enhancements at our 12-unit residential scheme (6 x 1 Bed & 6 x 2 Beds), Bargate Lodge, Catteshall Lane, Godalming.
This contract extension has provided:
•Enhanced Landscaping
•Additional car park surface repair and renewal
•BT Battery Back Up (Lift Emergency)
•Fence Trellis (Boundary Security)
•Door restrictors/ window restrictors
•Enhanced communal letter boxes
•Parking signage
•Car park wheel stops
•Car park – additional lettering
•Key safe box
•Enhanced specification Rolec/ Monta Electric Vehicle Chargers

Reasons for the decision

To deliver higher specification resources for the long-term benefit of our residents at Bargate Lodge, Catteshall Lane.

Alternative options considered

If the contract extensions are not approved then WBC would have been unable to bill/ manage the EV Chargers usage effectively, the enhanced landscaping was required to satisfy planning requirements, the other elements were for the general enjoyment of the scheme by residents in the long term.
