To award To award contract to The Hazard Management and Environmental Services Laboratories Limited to provide Asbestos Surveys and Air tests to properties within the Council as part of planned works and ad-hoc works and as well compliance works

Reasons for the decision

The need of a contractor that ensures all asbestos containing materials are identified before other trades can commence works.
To comply with current Asbestos Regulations
To ensure we follow emergency procedures.
