Decision

RESOLVED: that

1)    Delegated authority be given to the Director of Housing Service to enter into the Block Cleaning Services contract with Cleanscapes Limited for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for a further period of one year, at a total contract value of £255,650, strictly subject to the full consultation process set out in The Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (England) Regulations 2003 having been complied with.
