RESOLVED: that

1)    Delegated authority be given to the Director of Assets and Property for the granting of the lease of Unit 3, The Enterprise Centre, Farnham, and authority be given to the Director of Assets and Property to agree any minor amendments to the Heads of Terms or lease agreement.
