RESOLVED: that

1. The implementation of the outstanding Retail Price Index (RPI) rent review under the lease on 17b Farnham Trading Estate, Farnham dated 9 March 2026 be approved.
2. Delegated approval of the RPI rent review to be carried out on 9 March 2031 be given to the Director of Assets and Property (or equivalent successor post-holder).
