Decision

RESOLVED: that

1. The outcome of the Discretionary Review cases and the lessons learnt be noted.
2. The recommendations from the Overview & Scrutiny Committee be noted.
3. The content of the letter from Matthrew Pennycook be noted.
4. The Director of Planning was instructed to commission the investigation following consultation with the Executive on the final scoping document covering the matters agreed by the O&S Committee.
