Decision

RESOLVED: that

1. The surrender of the Farnham Town Football Club’s current lease and the grant of a new 25-year lease, in accordance with Heads of Terms Appendix 1 (Exempt) of the agenda report, subject to such minor amendments to the Heads of Terms as agreed by Strategic Director of Finance and Resources, once all necessary approvals and consents have been obtained, be approved.
2. The proposed transaction be recommended to the West Surrey Shadow Executive for approval in accordance with the requirements of the s24 Direction.
