for the installation of solar PV on Godalming and Haslemere leisure centre
roofs.

I.       
Approve the award of a contract(s) for the
installation of roof top solar PV on Haslemere and Godalming Leisure Centres to Joju
Solar;
 

   
II.       
Delegate authority to the Executive Head of
Commercial Services to enter into the necessary contractual
agreement(s) in accordance with the requirements of the
Council’s Contract Procurement Rules.
