Purpose

To consider the Development Management Policies for incorporation into the Regulation 19 Proposed Submission Local Plan

Decision

1. To authorise the revised Development Management Policies be incorporated into the Regulation 19 Proposed Submission Local Plan; and,
2. That the Assistant Director of Planning, in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning, make minor and non-material changes to the policies, in advance of the policies inclusions within the Regulation 19 Proposed Submission Local Plan.
