a)     Note the capital forecast outturn as shown in Table 1 of the report.

b)     Note the forecast position as at 30 June 2026 for funding of the capital programme and reserve balance as reflected at Table 2 of the report

c)     Approve the virements set out in Section 2.2 of the report.
