contains a provision to amend the definition of Second Homes and
long-term empty homes

Re-affirm changes approved by Council 22
February 2023 following Levelling up and Regeneration Act 2023
receiving Royal Assent on 26th October 2023.
Agree minor changes to date scheme is to commence and implement
exceptions as defined following Central Government
consultation.
