The Housing & Land Delivery Board supports faster delivery of housing and employment spaces throughout the West Midlands. It identifies policy options for ongoing negotiations with the Government on devolution. The board is responsible for implementing and regularly reviewing the Land Delivery Action Plan to ensure it is being acted upon and remains up-to-date. It then makes recommendations to the WMCA Board.
