About
The board is the main decision-making body of the WMCA. Its membership includes the Mayor and the leaders of the constituent and non-constituent local authorities that comprise the combined authority. It has responsibility for setting the annual budget of the WMCA and Transport for West Midlands, as well as agreeing all major strategic and corporate plans and objectives.
