Executive Director of Transport for West Midlands approved and authorised the West Midlands Combined Authority to enter into an agreement with Stark UK Property Holdings Limited for access and to take a lease of land for the Wednesbury to Brierley Hill Metro Extension. The decision was made on 28/05/2026. The Head of Property and Strategic Assets was delegated power to negotiate and agree the final forms of the instruments.
