Executive Director of Transport for West Midlands approved an increase of £3.5m to the Dudley Interchange scheme budget on 04/08/2026. This approval was subject to robust cost control and regular monitoring, sharing the updated programme with the Programme Assurance and Appraisal team, and sharing lessons learned findings across TfWM delivery teams. Target completion dates for these conditions were to be shared internally by the end of August 2026.
