Executive Director of Transport for West Midlands authorised the acquisition of the Kitts Green site for no more than £1,500,000. The Director of Delivery - Transport Portfolio was authorised to spend up to £5m on the East Birmingham Depot project. This includes authorising WMCA to enter into an agreement for the site acquisition and authorising expenditure from the Depot Acquisition funding.
