Director of Commercial and Investment decided on 06/08/2026 to approve the investment of up to £12,285,399 into a Real Estate Investment Trust for a new asset class. This decision will unlock a minimum of 283 social rent homes. The Director will determine the appropriate option and negotiate agreements for direct purchase by WMCA or creation of a limited partnership with LGPS Central, and due diligence on the fund manager will be completed.
