(1) West Midlands Combined Authority entering into a grant funding agreement for up to £1,084,666 (including fees and WMCA capital costs) with Morro Partnerships Ltd for the development of 54 affordable dwellings, at Hatton Street, Bilston, Wolverhampton, WV14 0TD be approved.
(2) The Director of Commercial & Investment to negotiate and agree the terms of the grant and any ancillary documents that may be required be approved.
(3) Prior to execution of the Grant Funding Agreement, independent legal, valuation, technical and monitoring surveyor due diligence must be completed to the satisfaction of WMCA be noted.
