Purpose
Seeking approvals regarding the following:
- To enter into a Phase 2 award agreement with the Health Foundation and accept grant funding
- A SAF change request to commence phase 2 programme delivery
Decision
(1) That the Single Assurance Framework (SAF) Change Request (CR262), which is seeking an update to the programme title, alongside extending the programme by 3 years and amending related scope, impact, outputs and outcomes to enable delivery of Phase 2 of the Mayoral Regions Programme be approved.
(2) Ongoing work is continued to finalise Monitoring & Evaluation arrangements and establish an evaluation framework and plan for the 3-year programme, in collaboration with the Health Foundation and the WMCA Performance Team.
(3) It is noted that the funds budgeted for specific purposes may be used for other activities if written permission is granted by the funder, however if there is a breach of WMCA Change Control tolerances, the WMCA lead should engage with Programme Appraisal to submit a Change Request.
