RESOLVED: Cabinet; a)    Noted the latest capital monitoring position for the General Fund and HRA. b)    Noted the new capital schemes and changes to the Capital Programme since the approved budget position considered by Cabinet in September 2024.   REASONS RESOLVED: To continue to ensure sound management of the Council’s finances.   ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS:                  None
