RESOLVED: 

That Schools Forum
agreed that 96% of the total budget for 3- and 4-year-old funding
would be paid to providers, with 4% retained
centrally. 

That Schools Forum
agreed that 97% of the total budget for under 2s and 2-year-old
funding would be paid to providers, with 3% retained centrally
(Option 2). 

That Schools Forum
did not agree with the introduction of a deprivation supplement for
under 2s and 2-year-old children. 

That Schools Forum
noted that early years inclusion funding would now include those
aged from 9 months to 2 years old who met the eligibility criteria
for early years Targeted SEND Funding.
