RESOLVED:  

That Schools Forum
noted the high needs funding project update.

That Schools Forum agreed to the recommendation from
Northampton College that the planning and development phase for the
changes to EHCP funding, processes, administration and resources
for the FE Sector be extended, resulting in implementation of any
agreed changes being delayed from 1 August 2025 to 1 August
2026.

That Schools Forum
endorsed the recommendation to delay the implementation of changes
to non-EHCP funding in the FE sector until the SEND Ranges had been
trained and embedded in the sector.
