RESOLVED:
 
The Committee:
 
a)   
Noted that the Provisional Contract Sum was
negotiated in accordance with the provisions set out in the Service
Delivery Contract.
 
b)   
Noted the 2025/26 Provisional Contract Sum of
£185,329 which includes £2.555m of additional costs
associated with social work agency staff which are not included in
the base.

 
c)    
Noted NCT’s Medium Term Financial Plan for
2025/26 – 2027/28
