RESOLVED that:

a)   
The Panel agrees that the Chair writes to the
Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner to encourage that
Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue
Service engage robustly in the local planning process to assist in
securing developer contributions.  

b)   
The Panel agrees that its next meeting should be
rescheduled to 6 March 2025 at 12.30pm, subject to checking the
ability to attend of those Panel members not present at the current
meeting.

c)   
The Panel requests to receive a written report from
the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner to its next meeting on the
outcomes for Northamptonshire residents produced by the appointment
of a Deputy Commissioner.

d)   
The Panel requests that the Police, Fire and Crime
Plan delivery updates presented to its future meetings include
sufficient performance information to assist the Panel to
scrutinise the progress being made.

e)   
The Panel agrees the updated work
programme.
