RESOLVED:
Planning Policy Committee:
a) Noted and welcomed the significant progress in making the
Barby and Onley Neighbourhood Development Plan Review by the Barby
and Onley Neighbourhood Plan Review Group.
b) Accepted the Examiner’s recommended 25 main
modifications in respect of the Barby and Onley Neighbourhood
Development Plan Review.
c) Accepted the Examiner’s recommendation that the Barby
and Onley Neighbourhood Development Plan Review, as modified in
accordance with recommendation (b), shall proceed to a referendum
of voters within the Barby and Onley Parish.
 d) Approved the proposed Decision Statement
set out in Appendix A, subject to items (b) and (c) above and any
necessary factual alterations.
e) Agreed that delegated authority be given to the Head of
Planning Policy and Specialist Services to make any further minor
editorial changes to the Barby and Onley Neighbourhood Development
Plan Review to address any factual and typographical errors and to
reflect the fact that the document will be in its intended final
form.
f) Agreed that on being “made”, the Barby and Onley
Neighbourhood Development Plan Review will replace the Barby and
Onley Neighbourhood Development Plan that was made in 2016.
