Noted the recommendation from Northamptonshire
Partnership Homes’ Board that Cabinet should approve the
Housing Asset Management Strategy
b)   
Approved the Housing Asset Management Strategy
detailed in Appendix A

Noted the content of the report and Appendix

REASONS RESOLVED:
1.    
The Council Housing Asset Management Strategy sets
out how as WNC and NPH we will maintain, manage, and invest in our
Council Homes. The Strategy will be regularly reviewed in order to
adapt to the ever-changing regulatory environment related to the
management of social housing.
2.    
Adopting a new Housing Asset Management Strategy is
also a key action in the Cabinet approved Business Improvement
Action Plan, which the Council is currently reporting on to the
Regulator of Social Housing.
