consultation process (Appendix A).

Noted the contents of this report.

Approved the introduction of Transport Direct
Payments and the changes to Carers Direct Payments.
4.    
Approved the new Adults Direct Payments Policy
(Appendix B).
 
REASONS RESOLVED:
 
1.    
WNC to meet its statutory duties under the Care Act
2014.
2.    
WNC to enable implementation of a Direct Payments
Policy from 1st April 2025, offering transparency and
consistency.
