RESOLVED: Cabinet;
a)   
Noted the content of Appendix A covering performance
for West Northamptonshire Council for the third quarter of
2024-25.
b)   
Note the content of the report in relation to the
ongoing work with Northamptonshire Partnership Homes and the
content of Appendices B and C.
 
REASONS RESOLVED:
1.    
It is important that the Council is clear and
transparent on its performance and that there are clear action
plans where our performance falls below target.
2.    
Appendix A provided with this report is for
information purposes and discussion only, there are no direct
decisions to be made following the report.
3.    
Regular reporting to Cabinet on the performance of
NPH is required to ensure the Council receives necessary assurance
as landlord and Registered Provider that its housing stock is being
managed in accordance with the provisions within the Management
Agreement and in line with the Council’s expectations, and in
accordance with relevant legislation and regulation.
