RESOLVED: Cabinet delegated
authority to the Executive Director of Finance to vire budgets up
to £2.1m within the HRA revenue budget to ensure the
estimated costs of implementation of the Housing IT system are
fully funded in line with the previous Cabinet
resolution.
 
REASONS RESOLVED:
1.    
To ensure funding is in place for the total cost of
implementation of the Housing IT System before a contract is
let.
2.    
To ensure the procurement of the Housing IT system
is delivered in a compliant manner and in time for when contract on
the current system expires.
3.    
To ensure that the Council has a fit for purpose and
compliant Housing IT system that meets all necessary regulatory
standards.
 
ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS:
The decision is required in
order to implement a previous decision of Cabinet.
