RESOLVED that: the
Panel identifies the following matters that it wishes to highlight
for potential inclusion in the 2025/26 work programme: 

·     
Provision to the Panel of more detailed, contextualised performance
information to assist it to scrutinise progress with the delivery
of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner’s priorities.

·     
The opportunity for Panel members to meet with the Chief Constable
and Chief Fire Officer outside of a Panel meeting.

·     
The topic of how Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire
and Rescue Service engage with different communities in the county
and develop the diversity of their workforces.

·     
The topic of protection of vulnerable adults.

·     
The topic of how the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner engages
with local communities, including parish councils, schools and
different community groups.

·     
Provision of training for the new Panel at the start of its term on
the Panel’s role, responsibilities and powers.
