RESOLVED that:

a)   
The Panel notes the Annual Report for
2024/25.

b)   
The Panel recommends that in future the Annual
Report includes more data to show the direction of travel in
addition to current performance.

c)    
The Panel requests that the Police, Fire and Crime
Commissioner presents further information to the Panel meeting on
18 September 2025 on the direction of travel against key
performance metrics.
