RESOLVED: Cabinet noted the
content of the reports in relation to the performance of the
Housing Landlord Services.
 
REASONS RESOLVED:
Regular reporting to Cabinet on
the performance of NPH is necessary to ensure the Council receives
the necessary assurance as landlord and Registered Provider that
its housing stock is being managed in accordance with the
provisions within the Management Agreement and in line with the
Council’s expectations, and in accordance with relevant
legislation and regulation.
