RESOLVED: Cabinet noted the contents of the report and recommendations made within.   REASONS RESOLVED: It is a statutory requirement that this report be developed annually and signed off for publication by the Health and Wellbeing Board, however it was recognised that Cabinet should be made aware of the contents of the report for information.   ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS: None
