The Planning Policy
Committee:
 

a)   
Approved the Draft Local Validation List for public
consultation subject to the following changes;
·        
Section 20 – in the Arboricultural impact assessment  box replace
‘ideally with’ with 
‘required within’
·        
Section 21 in the Justification Statement box
replace ‘ideally with’ with ‘required
within’.

b)   
Agreed to undertake a period of eight-week public
consultation on the new Local Validation list;

c)   
Delegated to the Head of Planning Policy and
Specialist Services authority to make minor editorial and
presentational changes to the Draft Local Validation List prior to
the public consultation commencing;

d)   
Agreed to receive a further report summarising the
consultation responses and any proposed amendments to the draft
list.
