The Planning Policy
Committee:
 

a)   
Agreed that the responses set out in Appendix A of
the report be submitted to DEFRA as the Council’s official
response to the Government’s consultation on improving the
implementation of Biodiversity Net Gain for minor, medium and
brownfield development.

b)   
Agreed that the responses set out in Appendix B of
the report be submitted to DEFRA as the Council’s official
response to the Government’s consultation on Biodiversity Net
Gain for nationally significant infrastructure projects

c)    
Delegated to the Head of Planning Policy and
Specialist Services authority to make any necessary minor editorial
and presentational changes to the responses prior to their
submission.
