The Planning
Policy Committee:
 

a)    
Noted the responses received to the draft SCI consultation as
summarised in Appendix B and C of the report

b)    
adopted the West Northamptonshire Statement of Community
Involvement 2025 (Appendix A of the report)

c)    
Agreed to the revocation of existing Statements of Community
Involvement - West Northamptonshire Local Plan SCI; Northampton
Borough Council SCI;, Daventry District Council SCI; and South
Northamptonshire Council (SNC) with immediate effect.

d)    
Agreed to the revocation of the 2012 Northamptonshire County
Council Minerals and Waste Statement of Community Involvement
insofar as it relates to West Northamptonshire with immediate
effect.

e)    
Delegated to the Head of Planning Policy and Specialist
Services authority to make minor editorial and presentational
changes to the Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) prior to
publication.
