RESOLVED that: the Panel requests to have an opportunity to
see and comment on the scope and terms of reference for the Police,
Fire and Commissioner’s independent review of the
circumstances that resulted in the Chief Constable of
Northamptonshire Police being found in contempt of court before
these are finalised.
