associated risks

Noted the deliverability assessment of West Northamptonshire
Council savings requirement for 2025-26 summarised in section 8 and
detailed in Appendix B

Noted the Treasury Management update in Appendix C

Recommended that Full Council approve the new items of
flexible use of capital receipts expenditure detailed in section
9.
