RESOLVED: Cabinet
noted the content of this report and the updated performance of the
Council’s Housing landlord services.
 
 
REASONS
RESOLVED:
Regular reporting
to Cabinet on the performance of NPH is necessary to ensure the
Council receives the required assurance as landlord and accountable
body that its housing stock is being managed in accordance with the
provisions within the Management Agreement and in line with the
Council’s expectations, and in accordance with relevant
legislation and regulation.
