RESOLVED: Cabinet approved the
principle of making the land drainage byelaws as set out in
Appendix A.
 
REASONS RESOLVED:
1.   
To support the ability of the Council to manage
adverse effects of flood risk on people, businesses, and the
environment.
2.   
To enable more efficient and effective discharge of
the Council’s duties and powers as lead local flood authority
(LLFA) and land drainage authority.
