RESOLVED: Cabinet;

a)   
Approved the in-year additions to the Adults
Services Capital programme as outlined in Section 6

b)   
Approved the proposed budget adjustments and
reprofiling outlined in section 7 and detailed in Appendix
B.

c)   
Noted the latest capital monitoring position for the
General Fund and HRA.

d)   
Noted the new capital schemes and changes to the
Capital Programme since the report that was considered by Cabinet
in September 2023.
 
REASONS RESOLVED:
To continue to ensure sound
management of the council’s finances.
