RESOLVED that:

a)   
The Panel notes the Police, Fire and Crime Plan
Delivery Update.

b)   
The Panel requests the Police, Fire and Crime
Commissioner to present a report on the impact of implementing the
Serious Violence Duty as part of the
Panel’s future work programme.

c)   
The Panel requests the Police, Fire and Crime
Commissioner to present a report on the impact of delays in the
Criminal Justice System as part of the Panel’s future work
programme.
